About this house rental
This is a brand new 2021 modern home with gorgeous light and views of the mountains from every room. It is a 3 story home with a large fenced in back yard and in an ideal location to explore Utah. We are at the entrance to Hidden Valley Golf and Country club and minutes to some of the most beautiful hikes and mountains in the area. There is a convertible pool table/pingpong table in the garage and an arcade downstairs to keep the kids or adult kids busy. Outdoor hot tub, fire pit and traeger grill. Beautiful in every season

The house was the perfect size for our family. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood which was very convenient to the skiing. Thanks again to our host Carol we will definitely book again.

Great location and accommodations to ski both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons and easily over to Park City and even north of SLC to ski areas there. Hostess was fantastic.

The home met all our needs. Carol is very communicative. We went skiing everyday and convenient for the slopes.

The house was lovely. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned out. There was peoples clothes in the closets and kind of everywhere. It makes
it hard for someone to come in and feel at home when someone’s else’s stuff is occupying. At $500+ a night, It’s a major. Someone arriving one night and parking a car in the driveway and leaving was a little disconcerting.
