This is an awesome oasis in Paonia with everything you need nearby! Catalpa Cottage is a beautiful 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom newly renovated cottage with awesome views! A private space, with easy access to the deck from both the kitchen and bedroom. A fire pit area to relax and watch the sun go down and enjoy the dark skies of Paonia. Easy access, and a 10 minute walk, to Grand Avenue.

Beautiful well stocked and maintained cottage in a convenient location.Lots of seating options available outside .Susan and Steve are great hosts.We’ll definitely stay there again.Barbara

Road to cabin was steep but okay. Parking great for a small vehicle. We did find the bed to be incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Dogs in the neighborhood were barking through the night, not the owners or hosts, but others. We would stay there again if the bed wasn't so hard.
