About this house rental

Beautiful rambling early-1900s fully restored farmhouse in pastoral country setting on a few acres. One of the original homesteads in Paonia. Quintessential rural seclusion with an easy walk to town. Big trees and yard, sweet front porch, pocket doors, wood floors, nice-sized air-conditioned bedrooms and lots of fresh air and sunshine. 1 block away from the river and Paonia library, 3 blocks from center of town.

Maximum of 4 guests.

We do consider pets. Please inquire during booking. If accepted, our pet fee is $40/pet.

We love getting to know who we are hosting! When making your booking request, please tell us a little bit about yourself, and let us know the total number of people who will be staying at the house, including children.

We’ve stayed here 5 times now and it continues to be our favorite family vacation spot. The property is always pristine, the house is welcoming - and so are Barry & Christina. Thank you for providing such a great experience!

This house worked great for our group of 3. Everything was comfortable and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. And the views are fantastic.

We had a great time in a great house with great owners. The house is well stocked with everything thing might need in the kitchen. We loved having the deer right out the kitchen window eating the apples off the tree. I would definitely book here again!
