One level floor plan NO stairs very quaint property and nostalgic. 2 bed, 1 bath with pullout couch. Sleeps 5-6 with open floor plan. Old style wood floors, big lush back yard, old arches in the house thru doors. Soft and cozy warm atmosphere.

This was a nice property located close to the main street with restaurants and shops. It is a quiet neighborhood and easy to relax in the house and in the garden.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property right in walking distance to everything in downtown Paonia. It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful back yard full on with bikes and amazing swings! Will stay here for sure again!
