This spacious three-bedroom 2.5-bathroom Sunriver getaway is loaded with mountain retreat charm, a private hot tub, and amenities that will appeal to the whole family. Enjoy 8 passes to the SHARC, a state-of-the-art water facility with pools, hot tubs, waterslides, and even a lazy river! The home is centrally located, just blocks from the SHARC and a 10-minute walk to the Sunriver Village.
Come for the all-season adventures and stay for the amenities and activities offered in the Sunriver community! Less than 2 miles from golf courses, hiking trails, horse stables, and marina this home is central to it all. Take the provided bikes out for a ride, paddle board in the Deschutes River, splash around the SHARC Water Park, and in the winter a close proximity (20-minute drive) to Mt. Bachelor for skiing and snowboarding. After a full day of adventure, head home for a dip in the hot tub underneath the stars.
From here, you're also only 15 minutes from Bend if you want to experience the brew pubs, Old Mill District, shopping, or additional outdoor experiences.

The close proximity to the Aquatic Center, and the Sharc passes made it a great trip with the kids.

Great place for a weekend in Sunriver. Very dog friendly.

The beds were comfortable, house well stocked with appliances. Was great to be able to bring the pets and get away from fireworks. House/back deck is on a busy road. Outdoor pictures online are deceiving and old. There is new construction going in very close to property, so lot is not nearly as big/separated as shown.
