The 24-hour security gate & alarm system ensures a private and worry-free stay. A large full-size Kitchen awaits you with all the essentials! Everything from coffee makers, to can openers, pots and pans and more. Enjoy meals in the kitchen on the breakfast table, in the dining room or out on the pool deck! A Washer & Dryer are also provided.

This house can accommodate up to 2/3 cars in driveway and overflow parking is permitted in some areas.
Each guest vehicle must purchase an access pass for $20+Tax per vehicle (valid for the entire stay).
Each vehicle must have its own access pass. Visitors must register at the clubhouse but are not required to pay the access fee.
***PET POLICY***
This is a pet friendly home $150 dolar pet fee per pet and only small 40 pound or less pets allowed
Any damages or extra cleanings will be charged
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.

The house was as advertised. It is in really good shape for a rental property. Everything worked except for the icemaker. The best attributes of the house for us were the solid surface flooring - easy to clean any spills from the grandkids - and the five and a half bathrooms - no waiting in line.
The neighborhood is gated. It is quiet and well kept. You do have to purchase a $20 gate pass when you arrive.
Communication about the broken icemaker was spotty. We reported it every day and received an answer the last day that a part was on order. The icemaker being broken was no big deal, however I have to wonder what the response would have been if it was the HVAC that was broken.
Overall it is an excellent property that is very close to Disney.

What a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our family was extremely satisfied with the property. Spacious and beautifully up kept. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The apartment was spacious and perfect for two friends traveling together. Location was excellent and it was simple to check in.
Some issues with the apartment included kitchen cabinet door missing, vertical blind on master sliding door was missing numerous slates so you couldn't close for privacy, no lightbulb in master lamp, bifold doors don't close, issue with flooring in masterbath area. Needs general maintenance and a thorough cleaning. Listing needs to include there is no coffee pot, just a keurig.
OVERALL, this is a great apartment with plenty of space and the location is excellent! Safe neighborhood and walkable to beach an restaurants.
