Pelican Haven', a spacious three-story contemporary beach mansion, provides guests a commanding view of both the Atlantic Ocean and the 13,000 acre Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. The home is located just south of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk in the seaside community of Sandbridge Beach.
This 5,000 square foot residence is highlighted by an expansive two-story great room, full-service kitchen, an enormous dining hall that boasts a custom-built 15-foot marble dining table that seats eighteen guests, eight spacious bedrooms including the grand primary suite with its private sundeck and adjoining bath suite with a two-person jacuzzi tub, a swimming pool with an adjoining brick grilling patio with a bathhouse, over 2,500 square feet of outdoor decking, a fenced yard, plus ample off-street parking.

The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Good location. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Spacious dining room, great family room. Great dining room table, seating 18. Large and functional well-equipped kitchen with two refrig's, two dishwashers. Nice pool and deck. Conversion of garage into a game room is a good idea, but air conditioning is needed.

House was plenty large enough to accommodate us comfortably. The pool was great. Cleanliness was an issue but overall an enjoyable stay

This home was perfect for our extended family vacation. The kitchen and shared space was large and comfortable. While the bedrooms were private and quiet!
We loved the outside and pool space as well and the proximity to the beach was super convenient.
We ‘ll be back again next year !!

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Overall Stay was OK. Vacation rental in a Fantastic location. 1 Min walk to beach. Comes with a wonderful pool. Great Customer Service Cleanliness, not so good. Home is large, and plenty of space, but needs updating. Spent the first day of arrival cleaning the house again as it was poorly done. Went through cans of Lysol and disinfectants. Some hair left in various bathrooms, urine stains in the toilet, dirt in the inside house trash can, fridge dirty, mold and dirt in various crevices, dirty floors, stairs, and hand rails. Old beds. Unfortunately, i can't say there were any additional measures taken for a "COVID-19" clean.
