(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

What a fantastic vacation! The house is beautiful with plenty of room for all. Very well stocked kitchen and plenty of space in the fridges for all of the food. The pool is a decent size and the access to the beach is incredible. Everything about this house was amazing - great space, great location, great house.

This well maintained home is in a perfect location for beach and pool loving families. We had our extended family of 25 and we all had wonderful accommodations!

Spent too much time, communicating and waiting for the maintenance people to arrive and make repairs. Examples include three toilets not functioning properly, water dripping from ceiling, smoke detector not in ceiling, etc.
Would have expected fewer or none of these issues at the house to have been properly taken care of and inspected before we came.
