Lovely Gulf of Mexico views from living room and MBR in this 5th floor condo in the low-rise (8 floors) Ocean Breeze East building! The living room features gulf views from a large sliding glass door. It has a new comfortable sectional sofa with a queen-sized pull out bed, a large (50”) flat screen TV with blue ray DVD player, and a good selection of DVDs. There are quality audio stereo speakers for evening or rainy day entertainment! The master bedroom features gulf views from a sliding glass door. It has a new Casper King mattress, with new bedding, desk, large dresser and flat screen TV. The ensuite MBR has a single vanity with ample storage. The tiled shower was recently redone and features a frameless glass door. The small (generally one person) but efficient kitchen is well-stocked, and includes a drip coffee maker and toaster oven. Granite counter tops, sink and tiled backsplash tile are new! The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a new Nectar mattress, new bedding, a large dresser with flat-screen TV and a good-sized closet. The guest bedroom is adjacent to the hall bath which has a single vanity with ample storage and a newly tiled shower-tub combo. The private balcony features new patio furniture with a 4-person table for eating and enjoying the unobstructed gulf beach views! In addition, there are two rocking chairs for ultimate relaxation. No unsupervised children on the balcony at any time!! There is an unlocked storage closet off of the balcony that has folding chairs, umbrellas, and a few other beach items for guest use. Also for convenience, there is a utility room in the unit with a stacked washer/dryer combo that includes plenty of laundry soap and other laundry items. Four adults maximum can be accommodated in this unit (please refer to the Rules and Occupancy section of the listing). There is only one parking spot available for the unit. This rule is strictly enforced by the property management. Also please note that smoking is strictly prohibited everywhere on the property, including the balcony and beach. We have stayed at this property for the last 4 years. It has always been very clean. We have never had any problems while staying here. Great location and great hosts who check in with us to make sure everything is good. This trip we were able to watch the dolphins swim nearly every day. We definitely plan to stay at this condo in the future. No complaints.

Stayed here with my 12 year old daughter for vacation and we had a Fantastic time!! The home itself was extremely clean and had everything one would need, including a washer and dryer and a/c. There's a storage closet on the balcony that contains beach chairs and beach umbrellas too. There are also many puzzles and games to play. The views were amazing! Balcony extends from the master bedroom to the living room. You can't beat waking up to these views!The property includes a parking space, a working elevator, trash schutes, a swimming pool (that I believe is heated and wasn't crowded - stay was in April) and beach access. Beach in front of the condo was not crowded either.The hosts, Caroline and Gerald, are extremely nice and helpful. Genuine people. Very warm and welcoming, easy to communicate with and respond quickly.Area has many tasty restaurants and they deliver too. Condo is also around 5 miles or so from the Alabama state line. Fun beaches and restaurants that way too.I highly recommend staying here. I know I'll definitely reserve here again!Thank you again, Caroline!

The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Caroline was very quick to answer any questions or help with any problems we may have had. I would definitely stay here again.
