• Timeline: August 2026 through December 2026, schedule and weather permitting.
• Nature of work: Re-coating and sealing exterior windows. Workers can periodically be seen from windows. Balconies will be sealed and re-coated later in the project timeline, though no schedule in place at this time.
• Most of August 2026: Work taking place on West side of the building and amenities are not expected to be affected at this time.
• Starting in September 2026: They will begin working their way around the entire building to launch the remaining work.
Project is schedule and weather permitting. Please remain up-to-date.

Everything was great. Things were clean. We had all the kitchen appliances we needed for cooking. There were extra blankets. Puzzles to play. Books to read. Comfy master suite bed!

Beach Colony is a great place to stay. Loved the ease and access of being on the ground floor. Great communication with the manager. There were fruit flies present on check-in that were a bit of a nuisance throughout our stay. The condo sleeps six but there is only comfortable seating for 4-5. Indoor and outdoor seating could stand to be updated.

Great apartment. Loved being able to walk out the front to the pool and the beach.We enjoyed how comfortable and clean it was.The pools and fitness center were great amenitie.A couple of items came up that could have been avoided:The jets in the jetted tub did not work.We were excited to take a bath with a view of the beach it the amazing master bathroom. (We did not have time to call this in for repairs)Additionally the front door only had one door lock and handle. There was no extra deadbolt. Additionally , there was no additional safety latch to secure the door at night. (We could see one had been there from the holes in the door post).
