This historic home is nestled in a picturesque Old Town neighborhood, just one block from CSU and the Lincoln Center and 4 blocks from plentiful options for dining, shopping and entertainment. During your stay, you’ll love that you can relax on the covered front porch and watch the world pass by, soak in the private hot tub, or easily explore the best of Fort Collins on foot!
This 4 bed | 2 bath home is comfortable and clean with everything you need for the perfect getaway. Enjoy the convenience of three dedicated parking spots, a fully-equipped kitchen and easy access to some of our cities most prominent attractions. Then after a long day of exploring Fort Collins, head home for a relaxing evening and restful sleep so you can do it all again tomorrow. This is a great choice for families visiting their CSU Rams!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: Two main level bathrooms (1 full bathroom with tub), hairdryers, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer (2-in-1), linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: Three dedicated parking spots on the left side of the home
HOUSE RULES:
No smoking
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Community Quiet Hours from 10 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)
PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.
NOTE: There is a $35/day hot tub service and heating charge if hot tub is used.

Cozy home for us to relax! The hot tub was amazing! And everything was walkable, with just a quick drive to Estes for a hiking day. Great communication from the owner! I did see that the home could have been cleaned a bit better- upstairs loft was quite dusty, otherwise it was all great.
