Provide the valet code “Cozy Queen” when dropping off your car.
You may park for up to 15 minutes in front to check in and retrieve the parking placard from mailbox 3018, which must be given to the valet.
Please return the placard upon checkout to avoid a $50 replacement fee.

Have rented many times through VRBO and this host is the best! Instant communication, follow up communication, full details and immediate response when I had a question upon arrival. Cutest little unit in the best location! Building is older but gorgeous exterior and undergoing renovations. Unit itself is immaculate. Would absolutely stay again

The property definitely needs some updating and the room was way smaller than the pic showed, but we still had a wonderful, relaxing time.
