About this apartment rental
Historic Landmark building complete with the feel of a bygone era and many pleasing architectural details. Located on the 3 rd floor, it is 340 sf open plan studio for 2 (maximum) with a separate kitchenette -mini fridge, toaster oven, electric kettle, portable induction burner. Comfortable King-bed (high quality hybrid mattress), walk-in shower, living area with sofa and armchairs. Beach chairs/umbrella/towels. Ongoing construction on the facade of the building M-Fr 9-4.30
The space
The Hotel has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out.
The Hotel's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), barbecue facilities, coin operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.
A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18.
Valet services available, including pickup and drop off at the airport or any other location.
Parking at the Palm Beach Hotel requires a parking placard. After checking in, you can retrieve the placard from the Frontdesk, hang it on your rearview mirror while re-parking your car 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue along either Bradley Place or N. County Road where the signs are posted for 2-hour parking.
Your placard is NOT assigned to Permit Parking along Seminole and the other side streets and it is not for the 2-hour spaces next to Chase Bank. It's only for those regions 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue and only along N. County and Bradley Place where the 2-hour parking spaces begin.
Parking in front of the hotel is limited to one hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily.
Tip: if you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. This can be done without a placard. Please move your car by 10 AM or risk getting ticketed with a $50 fine.
Please remember to return your parking placard to the Frontdesk. You may incur a $50 replacement fee if the placard is lost.

We chose this efficiency appt for location and that’s worth the 5 stars. It’s on the 3rd floor of the old Palm Beach Hotel, great natural light, an efficiency kitchen (no stove), coffee maker, comfortable king bed, sofa and chairs exactly as it was pictured. The building has a pool, lanai to hang out, very helpful valet staff. Easy walks to beach and Intracoastal path and countless eateries (very expensive most) . Across the bridge West Palm beach. We had some confusion checking in, was no big deal. The one negative is that this is an old building, there is a lot of renovation going on and old plumbing which resulted in the water main being turned off a few hours. While our unit had some noise during the day for the most part we were out and it didn’t effect our stay. We would definitely choose this appt next time.

Unit is in a great location in Palm Beach. Walk to the beach in about 10 minutes, and about a dozen restaurants within blocks. Unit has everything you need, and owner was very responsive.
