Spacious island with 6 comfy stools – the perfect spot to share stories after a day of snorkeling or fishing. Cozy living room with plenty of seating, a Smart TV, and basic cable for movie nights. Screened-in porch overlooking the pool, backyard, and canal – enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view. Coffee lovers rejoice! We offer a Keurig drip coffee maker and pods along with an espresso machine for your perfect morning brew.

Master Bedroom – One of the comfiest beds on the island, featuring soft, luxurious sheets, a dresser, Smart TV, and a stunning en suite shower. Guest Bedroom – Queen bed with a full-size trundle, Smart TV, and a nearby full bath with tub/shower.

Private pool & backyard oasis with plenty of seating and lounging areas. Kayaks included! Explore the mangroves with our single and tandem kayaks and discover horseshoe crabs and other marine life. Dock accommodates boats up to 70 feet – bring your bumpers and enjoy easy Gulf access! Ample parking – Carport fits up to 3 vehicles and a boat trailer (please respect property lines). 500 lb. ice machine under the outdoor steps – perfect for drinks and fishing. An enclosed bait freezer, pool toys, snorkel equipment and 2 kayaks for your entertainment.

All the amenities and communication with property manager were great. However, we were not thrilled about the reoccurring issues with door lock and being able to secure our belongings. Having to leave the property by 9;30 AM was unfavorable, most properties are 11AM. Especially when we were asked to have everything washed and put away before leaving. Routinely are asked to start dishwasher

Overall this house was very clean and comfortable. Michelle is attentive and responsive to anything you need. We loved the pool and had the wonderful experience of seeing some manatees swim by on two different days! The one downfall was that the listing does not state that the bedroom downstairs has no access to the rest of the house. Who ever stays in that room must go outside and up stairs to enter the main house. Although it worked out for us because my teenage son felt ok about sleeping in a room without access to the house, if we had little children and were planning on using all three bedrooms this house would not be a fit. A suggestion is to add that detail to the summary of the house so whoever is renting will be able to plan accordingly. Otherwise, great house!!
