Great location with terrific view. Nice hot tub. Perfect fenced in yard for our dog. Had a great time around Leadville for the weekend. Would stay again.

This was a great place for our two families to stay and relax over Spring break. The hot tub was a perk as well as all the games. Location is great and the hosts are super responsive and accommodating.

Awesome house, plenty of space and convenient to ski cooper and downtown. The price was great and our kids loved the hot tub.
