About this house rental
Welcome to Pinebrook Retreat, located on 12 acres with exclusive neighborhood access to Dolly Sods, in the gated community of Old Timberline in Davis, WV. This beautifully furnished and fully equipped home offers three levels of living, four spacious decks, three fireplaces, one car garage plus parking for an additional 5+ cars, and plenty of private, wooded outdoor space. The home is just minutes from Timberline Mountain and Canaan Valley Resort, where you can enjoy four seasons of outdoor adventure such as hiking, skiing, snow tubing, ice skating, mountain biking, free outdoor concerts, horseback riding, and more. If staying in is more your style, enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of complimentary wine on one of the 4 decks. The home offers a well appointed game closet, dart board, mini-shuffle board, Nintendo Switch docking station and controllers, an extensive collection of DVDs, and many outdoor yard games. Old Timberline-
A private, gated community located at the bottom of Timberline Mountain. You will have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake, that offer fishing and kayaking (swimming is prohibited). There are numerous hiking trails within the community and direct trail access to Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
**4-wheel drive required in winter**
Note: One week before the arrival date we will send the Timberline Rental Authorization Form to be completed and printed to check-in at the gatehouse and receive parking passes.

Utility room with full size refrigerator and complimentary wine and roll-a-way twin bed
Rec Room with dart board, tv, nest chair that converts to a full bed, and access to lower deck

You won’t have to worry about packing or buying household goods. Wow, where do we begin, from first entrance to the home we were amazed ! Out stay at Pinebrook Retreat was just wonderful from beginning to end. Literally anything you need is provided by the owners. We had everything we could possibly need and MORE! The game room alone was hours of fun for our family- we checked them alllll out! Then there are the endless beautiful views, incredible location, privacy, comfortable beds, I could go on and on. You can see the love and attention to small details the homeowners put into the property from the heated bathrooms to the luxurious bar stools it was like a week of being spoiled that’s for sure. We even looked up the bar stool brand for our own home. There was an incident that occurred to no fault of the homeowner and they were quick to respond AND help, letting us know they truly cares about the wellbeing of our family. Thank you again for a truly memorable stay! This was a core memory trip for sure.

This is an amazing house especially for a winter excursion, we had the coziest time over a weekend where we were lucky enough to get snow! The house is beautiful and very well thought out. Our kids and families loved it.
