About this house rental
Take the virtual tour and this custom built home is sure to be on the top of your "places to stay list". With seven bedrooms and six levels of living space, privacy isn't an issue. Send the kids to the media room for a movie on the huge flat screen, the guys to the pool room for a game of billiards, and let the girl talk begin in the amazing kitchen. It is a short walk onto Timberline Mountain's Salamander Trail! No need to pack the gear or move the car, so skiing just got easier! Grand Ole' Apres has a large entry area for skis and boot storage. Take it down to your socks and enjoy the oh so wonderful heated floors! Get the gang back together at the lovely and large dining room table for some real quality time. The outdoor hot tub and patio with a built in barbeque add even more space to the already generous floor plan. Hikers, mountain bikers and even casual walkers will love the quick and easy access to trails and all things Tucker County. Well behaved canines are welcome to join the fun. Winter visitors are advised...4-wheel drive will be necessary for access.

We have stayed in this home many, many times. This is a large home with lots of space for large groups. it also has a very good location off of Salamander "green trail". Best Of Canaan is always friendly and professional as a management group. All in all this is a great vacation home. The only things I woudl point out is that there is a hill that you neded to walk up to get to the slopes and it can be a little tough with tiny children or elderly. other than that the couches need to be replaced, badly. they are worn and pretty bad and look 20 + years old. other than this it is a great house for big groups and shoudl be enjoyed by many.

Great location close to the slopes. Great house layout for multiple families. But overall, needs a thorough cleaning. Furniture needs updating, specifically couches, are gross. Dryer took three to four cycles to dry anything. So plan on hours for a load. The first three days we froze, like couldn't get the house temperature out of the 50s. On day three we had no hot water, they came and fixed and whatever the issue was was affecting the heat as well.
