The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our second time staying here, we had a couple grandkids (7 and 4) with us and had a great time. They about lived in the pool, and we found enough to do at the beach, Naples Zoo, and the amazing Cape Coral parks.

My family had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and having our own private heated pool was the best part. The extra amenities such as the grill and bikes made our stay perfect! The Fort Myers beach and shops is just 25 miles away from the home.

The house was spacious and had what we needed. The pool and pool deck where dirty. We checked in on Saturday and the pool was cleaned on Tuesday. We washed the pool deck ourselves. When we went to use the grill, we ran out of propane half way thru, ran to Walgreens for more. We had a great time otherwise.
