The condo is not the most renovated, but think the view makes up for this. Our family enjoyed staying at this location on the plantation. We like the marsh side being a little more quiet than the resort side. The villa is large enough for four adults and 2 toddlers to stay comfortably. I would say it is not the most toddler friendly location since the stair railings are wide but would definitely recommend this condo especially if you are kid free. It had plenty of towels, linens, kitchen and cooking utensils.

My family and I have stayed in this unit for Thanksgiving the past 4-5 years so obviously there are things to love. The views are spectacular, it’s quiet, it’s easy access to the beach, and the pool is great in the summertime. We did notice new towels in this most recent stay, and possibly a new bed in the master. Aside from that, nothing has been changed in the last half decade. Here are some of the things that need to be addressed:
1. The master bathroom toilet was not working properly. The management company responded promptly to our call and seemed to get it fixed, but 2 days later it was acting up again.
2. The garbage disposal stopped working a day before we left.
3. The dryer take 2x as long to dry as it should.
4. The back right burner on the stove doesn't heat up.
5. A cookie sheet would be nice to have in the kitchen.
6. None of the curtains open and close without a ridiculous amount of fidgeting.
7. All of the fry pans are bent, wobbly and the nonstick is peeling off.
8. The coverlets on the twin beds upstairs have holes in them.
9. The entire place needs to be painted - there’s peeling paint both upstairs bathrooms and in some of the other rooms.
10. There’s been a missing cabinet door in the kitchen for the past 4 years.
We keep coming back because it’s one of the only 3 bedrooms we can find, but every year it just gets sadder.
We've rented this unit for at least the past 4 years at Thanksgiving and, aside from new towels, it seems that almost nothing has been updated.
