Our apartment is meticulously maintained, cleaned, and disinfected to ensure a safe, healthy, and enjoyable stay. We prioritize your well-being and satisfaction, striving to make your experience memorable with the peace of mind that comes with a clean and secure environment. Revel in the comfort and the numerous amenities our apartment has to offer!
❖️ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
❖️ Upon check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. We do not replenish supplies during your stay, so please plan accordingly.
❖️ Please maintain cleanliness by utilizing the trash cans provided.
❖️ To prevent insects and mold, keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For optimal comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.
❖️ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning after your checkout.
✘ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
✘ Pets are not permitted. Clarify any related concerns before booking.
✘ No parties or significant noise after 9:00 pm. Violation will result in eviction without a refund for the remaining reservation.
✘ Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited in the unit. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
✘ Moving the furniture is not allowed. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty of $250.
✘ Please use bins and do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Any blockage caused by such items will be charged to the guest.

Great host communication, excellent location within short walk to the beach (5 min). Perfect space for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) with plenty of food options and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Melbourne area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit was clean and had a fantastic location. We were looking for a low-key long weekend and this fit our needs perfectly. We really were just a short walk from the beach. The section of beach was beautiful and not crowded. We appreciated the beach towels and the washer/dryer unit with our beach days! We found a couple of local restaurants we enjoyed and spent some time in downtown Melbourne across the bridge. Shopping was close by for us to grab the necessities while we were there.

My main purpose was to take a rest and enjoy the beach in peace. For both it was perfect, Quiet neighborhood, very few poeple at the beach, 3 minutes walk from the property.
