Wonderful little home that appears recently renovated. Extremely clean and well maintained with all new appliances. Single bedroom and small bath on first floor, and two bedrooms sharing a nice bathroom on the second floor. Basement has washer/dryer and clothes rack. First floor has a nice dining room adjacent to a kitchen with new appliances. Living room with small adjacent tv room as well. Wonderful front porch for sitting. PROS: Spotless and well maintained. CONS: No real cons. Maybe need some blankets, sharper knives, local tv channels. Silly stuff like that. Only real concern is the house next door is in very bad shape and either needs major renovations or needs to be torn down. I could see someone worrying about perceived safety. That being said, we would not hesitate to recommend this property or stay there again. Very easy and quick access to Mayo.

A spotless clean home in a quiet neighborhood.
Very warm and comfortable. We do our own cooking and my husband was very pleased with the kitchen setup.

We loved staying in the Berg House. Truly enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning and admiring the pretty flowers and the antics of the squirrels, rabbits, and birds.
We felt right at home, very comfortable.

This property was thoughtfully and meticulously remodeled, as well as very clean. It had everything we needed for a peaceful post-Mayo recovery time. The hosts were both kind and responsive. Very nice rental.
