About this cottage rental

You'll find bicycles, golfing, and more on site at this smoke-free cottage. Jump into your car and make short work of the 11-minute drive to Family Home of Henri Matisse or the 19-minute drive to Park d'Isle (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return to this 1830-sq-ft cottage, you can unwind by the heated pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

As you settle into this 4-bedroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill,and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too.

Absolutely beautiful house in a tiny hamlet about 20 minutes from St Quentin. Lots of character features and wonderful interior design. Super swimming pool, trampoline and table tennis table. There is a large double with ensuite shower and sink on the ground floor, with a separate toilet off the hallway. Upstairs there is another large double (with a cot) and an ensuite shower (no toilet) Then another double with double bed and small single, and a 4th bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. Then a bathroom with bath, shower and wc. Everything is provided that you’ll need, although you must take your own pool towels. There are bakeries in the two nearest villages and we drove to St Quentin for meals out. Best meal was at Chez Mario. Lovely walk across the fields to the source of the Somme and fabulous bird life all around. Highly recommend!

We had a most enjoyable time. The property is just as described with a lovely heated pool, splendid outside space and fabulous views. The owners were very helpful and excellent communicators in the build up to our stay and during.

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables à la Maison Marguerite. La maison a été rénovée magnifiquement et à un niveau très élevé. C'était extrêmement confortable et bien aménagé avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour profiter de notre séjour en famille de 5 personnes. Clémentine était excellente pour rester en contact et a été très rapide pour répondre à nos messages tout au long du processus de réservation. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété à tous ceux qui recherchent une retraite rurale dans la campagne française. Merci beaucoup!

La maison est très bien agencée, et la décoration soignée. Le calme, avec l’absence totale de vis à vis, est plus qu’appréciable. Le jardin, la table de ping pong, le trampoline et les chevaux juste en face ont fait la joie des petits et des grands. Et nous avons bien profité de la piscine sécurisée et des transats :). La literie est top et le linge de maison fourni est très bien (grandes serviettes). Nous avons aussi apprécié les petites intentions de Clémentine, qui est une hôtesse attentive et flexible. Oui, nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Clémentine! Les enfants veulent absolument y retourner:)
