About this house rental
This charming stone cottage offers calm and tranquility with exceptional views of the Dordogne valley. The LA GRANDE MARQUE estate offers 4 cottages, you can enjoy the 3Ha garden with trees, the shared swimming pool and the tennis court in a green setting. Ideally located, you can radiate and discover the listed villages Belvès, Beynac and Cazenac, Cadouin, Domme, La Roque Gageac, Castelnau la Chapelle, Limeuil, Monpazier, Sarlat la Canéda., tourist sites (prehistoric caves, castles, chasms, amusement parks). Other activities such as hiking, canoeing and barge rides will allow you another peaceful point of view.
Level 1:
Large living room with kitchen, living room and bathroom with WC
Level 2:
1 bedroom (2 90 beds), 1 bedroom (1 140 bed), WC with washbasin
Equipment: Dishwasher, oven, gas stove, fridge freezer, filter coffee maker, indoor and outdoor drying rack available. Necessary for cleaning.
Barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, deckchair. Baby equipment possible.
Shared swimming pool, tennis court.
We do not provide sheets or towels but they are available for rent (10€ per traveler).
Cleaning at the customer's expense before departure (or €50 supplement)

We had a great stay with our teenage boys at this simple, anazingly located cottage and pool. Loads to do and see within half an hour's drive or just enjoy the lovely pool and amazing views.

Hébergement au calme avec le charme de l’ancien. Environnement magnifique avec une superbe vue. Hôtes très accueillants et disponibles. De nombreuses activités et visites culturelles aux alentours. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Ambience with a capital A. Down a track through the woods you come to a clearing and there with a view of the river in the distance is the cottage. WiFi can’t punch through the yard-thick stone walls but works on the terrace. The host is helpful and accommodating. A bathroom is upstairs with the bedrooms but the toilet is not so conveniently located being on the ground floor which is reached by a spiral staircase. Ten out of ten for location.
