Located in the town of Saint André d'Allas, 5ln from Sarlat, our cottage, renovated and finished in 2021, opens the door to you!

This large stone house houses 2 dwellings.
In each,
- A beautiful living room,
- a lounge area with sofas, TV,
- a fully equipped and modern kitchen,
- 2 bedrooms, (1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190)
- a bathroom with large shower, toilet
What a pleasure to be all together in the same house and to have each his own home!
The plus?
The swimming pool, completely redone last year, surrounded by large beaches with deckchairs and umbrellas, invites you to relax, relax and relax.
Everything is ready to offer you a pleasant stay and allow you to enjoy every moment.
On the shaded terrace, tables, chairs and parasols will be set up.
A plancha will be at your disposal to enjoy beautiful barbecue evenings and dream in the moonlight.

Marie-Jo und Bruno waren wunderbare Gastgeber und das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das private Schwimmbad ist beheizt und sehr gut gepflegt worden. Das Haus befindet sich in idealer Lage, in der Nähe von Sarlat-la-Caneda, Les Jardins de Marqueyssac, La Roque-Gageac, Eyrignac, Chateau des Milandes...Eine klare Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans le gîte de Marie Jo et Bruno les propriétaires. Marie Jo et Bruno sont à l’écoute, réactifs et discrets. Le gîte est très propre, refait avec goût, pratique, une décoration sympa, idéal pour une semaine en famille ou entre amis, on se sent comme à la maison. Au calme, avec sa grande terrasse donnant directement sur le salon/cuisine. Une belle piscine, avec les parasols et transat. La situation est idéale, proche de Sarlat et de petites villes toutes aussi jolies les unes que les autres. Nous avons couplé visites et détentes grâce à la piscine. Merci Marie et Bruno d’avoir rendu ce séjour agréable 😉.
