Dual-aspect and located on the 4th and top floor of a building with a lift, the apartment is only a 3-minute walk from both the lake and the town center. You will be able to fully enjoy shops, restaurants, and water activities, all within walking distance. The shuttle to the Mauselaine ski resort in winter and the mountain ridges in summer is also nearby.

ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION

The entrance opens onto a large hallway with storage space, leading to a spacious 33 m² living area including a lounge and dining room.

The fully equipped high-end kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher) spans 13 m² and is partially open to the living room through a glass partition.

From either the kitchen or the living room, you can access a stunning 20 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and plants. You can enjoy meals there or simply relax with an open view of the mountains and a glimpse of the lake.

A separate office area is also available, ideal for remote working, with storage and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Both bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and open onto a continuous balcony offering mountain views.

The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, a double vanity unit, and storage space. The toilet is separate.

A utility room with a washer-dryer is also available for guests.
