It is composed of the house of 160m2, 2 large terraces of more than 100m2 each, a heated swimming pool (from September to June), a garden and an outdoor parking lot (for 3 cars).
The house has a beautiful view of the village by day and by night.
It is perfect for families or friends holidays with the possibility of a pleasant independence with 2 separate sleeping areas in the house.

1 large living room of more than 80 m2 with open kitchen,
4 large bedrooms (2 bedrooms with one 160x200 bed and 2 bedrooms composed of 2 beds of 90x200)
2 bathrooms with 2 Italian showers, 1 bath
2 separated toilets
All the modern comfort in the house : Washing machine - Dryer - TV - WIFI (High Speed) - Induction cooker - Oven - Dishwasher - Coffee maker - Kettle - Etc...
- THE EXTERIORS -
Enjoy the natural shade of the hundred years old olive trees to take a nap on the sun-beds by the pool.
The 2 large terraces with a large gas BBQ allow you to enjoy the outdoors, lunches in the shade under the pergolas and warm evenings.
The swimming pool of 8mx 4m is heated from September to June (possibility in July and August with supplement)

Zilia is a typical village of Balagne near Calvi
Located at 15 kms from Calvi, you will find 2 grocery stores (with fruits and vegetables from the garden), 2 restaurants, 1 bar, 1 cookie factory, 1 osteopath as well as several hikes to make.
In the nearby village of Calenzana (5 minutes by car) you will find : 1 post office, 1 medical office, 1 pharmacy, 1 butcher's shop, many bars and restaurants, 2 bakeries, the departure of the GR 20 with several hikes)
The sandy beaches of Calvi are only a 15 minute drive away
Supermarkets are 15 minutes away by car

A very well equipped house in a typical corsican village.
The pool is heated and we spent a very relaxing time there.
