About this house rental

This holiday home is a beautiful stone farmhouse typically Breton, located in a dead end, offers you: On the ground floor: - a large living room with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge, opening onto two terraces - a laundry room and a shower room with toilet Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90) - a shower room with toilet Outside: - a large unfenced garden of 1,200m², an independent garage, and two terraces (one of which is closed by small barriers). Gîte adjoining the owner's accommodation (via the garage), not overlooked. Located to the east of Morbihan, Limerzel is a peaceful commune near Rochefort-En-Terre. You will have the pleasure of discovering superb panoramas, whether by bike with the Templar circuit, on foot on the Trévelo Valley path or along the Nantes to Brest Canal. Not to be missed, 4km away: the Branféré Park with its animals and its treetop trail! Also worth visiting 20 minutes away: Tropical Parc and its gardens. For lovers of the sea, swimming, boating and water sports, the Gulf of Morbihan, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, is 30 minutes away. For your holidays, recharge your batteries in this all-inclusive cottage located 15 minutes from Rochefort-en-Terre, voted favorite village of the French! You will appreciate the large garden and the terrace with a view of the surrounding countryside. Nature and tranquility are on the program!
