About this apartment rental
2-room apartment refurbished in 2021, on the first floor of a house, located in Larmor Plage, ideal for 2 people maximum. It offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent at the beach located 150 meters away. You can get to the city center 600 meters away by walking along the sea.
The accommodation
Sleeping: 2-person bed 140X190 with duvet 220 X 240
Two pillows (60 X 60).
Sheets, towels and linens NOT PROVIDED.
Exit cleaning NOT INCLUDED, to be done yourself (a cleaning fee is possible 40 € to be paid on arrival).
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, filter electric coffee maker and Dolce Gusto espresso
Shower room - toilet: a washing machine is also available in the shower room, as well as a hairdryer.
The apartment has a vacuum cleaner and ironing facilities.
Guests can have lunch on the small terrace equipped with a table and chairs for two.
- Length of stay: the stay begins on the day of arrival: Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and ends on the scheduled day of departure: Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
- Independent apartment, adjoining another apartment (posted on Airbnb), in a private house. The owners are also on site, upstairs. You can have lunch on the terrace overlooking the garden.
- Our animal friends are unfortunately not allowed in the accommodation.
- Parties and parties are not allowed.
- The apartment is non-smoking, if you wish to smoke outside, smokers are asked to use an ashtray.
- Not suitable for children or babies
The apartment will be in a state of maximum cleanliness.
Tenants undertake to maintain the state of cleanliness of the apartment during their stay and to return it as they did on arrival.
However, a cleaning fee of €40 is possible, to be paid on site on arrival.

You can park in the vicinity of the house.

Shops in the town centre (about 600 m): CITY MARKET, Bakery and pastry shop, Fishmonger, Wine cellar, Cheese dairy, Press House, Pharmacy.
The market is every Sunday morning.

You will find very good bars, brasseries, restaurants, creperies.

Der Check in lief reibungslos. Unterkunft ist super gut ausgestattet und sauber. Komplett neu renoviert. Terrasse ist richtig schön mit Blick in den gepflegten Garten. Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich vorstellen kann. Es fehlt nichts. Der Strand ist zu Fuß 3 Minuten entfernt. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Vermieter sind richtig nett und egal was wir brauchten sie haben uns immer geholfen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, j avais la sensation de retrouver des amis.
La location est encore plus jolie que sur les photos , l appartement est tout neuf, décoré avec soin, le salon cuisine sont de bonne tailles avec de nombreux placards. Dans la cuisine il ne manque rien tout est là pour passer un excellent séjour.
Le salon canapé, table gigogne et très grande télé pour les amateurs de sport JO ou film.
La salle de bain est comme le reste de l appartement neuve et très fonctionnelle avec machine a laver et placard, il y a aussi une fenêtre, cela est appréciable.
La chambre avec une très grande armoire, le lit est très confortable.Nous avons aussi apprécié la terrasse donnant sur un beau jardin fleuri ou nous prenions nos repas, au calme .
Concernant la plage nous sommes a cinq minutes à pieds de la plage de Kerguelen
Et a dix minutes à pieds du centre ville de Larmor Plage. Si vous souhaitez passer de belles vacances au calme comme a la maison, je recommande cette location, ou encore une fois les propriétaires sont aux petits soins.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
