Come to discover this beautiful 3* apartment of 35 m ² with garden, near the beach of Luc-sur-Mer and all conveniences! Very bright and modern, you can enjoy its loggia overlooking a garden, to enjoy a meal with friends or family!
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Sheets and towels not provided. Wifi available. Fiber Internet.

Located on the first floor, it is arranged as follows:
Day space:
- Living room with a lounge area fitted out with a sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area with a dining table for 4 people.
- A separate kitchen, fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, hotplates, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...
Night space:
- Bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, closet
- Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and washing machine.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- Loggia of 4 m² equipped with a table and chairs, giving access to the garden through a bay window.
- Private garden of 15 m², closed by a gate, facing north-west and equipped with garden furniture.
