About this house rental

Close to sailing, windsurfing, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 12-minute walk to Carteret Lighthouse or the 15-minute walk to Carteret Beach.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities. Other amenities at this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental include heating and a dining table.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Parkanlage. Dünen direkt vor der Haustür, das Meer in Sichtweite. Die Strände sind endlos weit, besonders bei Ebbe, und die phantastisch hohen Dünen reichen weit bis ins Inland. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet. Gemütlich ist der Schlafbereich im Dachstuhl. Morgens scheint die Sonne auf den Frühstückstisch. Der kleine Garten ist eine echte Bereicherung. Laßt euch nicht von dem Aufmacherfoto irritieren. In der Realität sieht das Haus schöner aus.

Die Wohnung ist klein und charmant und liegt in einem Feriendorf, das bereits seit vielen Jahren etabliert ist. Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss, hat jedoch einen Garten mit Möblierung: 3 Stühle und 2 Liegestühle und einen Grill. Der Aufbewahrungsraum ist jedoch sehr klein und es ist schwierig, alles heraus- und wieder hinein zu bekommen. Im Inneren sind die Räume klein und zweckmäßig, es gibt 2 Betten, ca. 1,40m breit. Die Dachkammer ist als Schlafempore ausgebaut, die Treppe ist für kleine Kinder und Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen nicht zu empfehlen. Ein wenig sportlich ist es, wenn mehrere Leute die Bad- und WC-Türen benutzen, weil sie ineinanderschlagen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Wir mussten zu Beginn einige Küchen- und Grillutensilien reinigen, es wäre schön gewesen, diese in halbwegs sauberem Zustand vorzufinden. Die Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und es gibt Tennisplätze und einen Basketballplatz. Sogar Tennisschläger waren in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Tennisplätze könnten mal wieder eine Generalüberholung vertragen, um jedoch ein wenig mit den Kindern Bälle übers Netz zu spielen, war es in Ordnung. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz in der Nähe, die letzten Meter geht man zu Fuß. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein abendlicher Ausflug in die Dünen oder zum Strand ist jederzeit zu Fuß möglich. Der Ort ist ebenfalls fußläufig über mehrere Wege erreichbar. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ein guter Tipp für alle, die ein gutes Preis-Leistunge-Verhältnis suchen und mit wenig Platz auskommen, weil sie ohnehin viel draußen sind.

Petite maison très agreable et bien équipé.... Avec cheminée et bois fourni pour un petite flambé le soir. Il ne manque rien.... Vous avez même les raquette pour vs faire un tennis au terrain juste en face.... calme avec un cadre tres reposant. Avec de super balade sur les dunes et une mer magnifique.... Bref... Un super sejour vs attend seul, en famille ou entre amis
