Named the "Folle Blanche" in homage to a grape variety cultivated by the owners, this new house of 159m² on three floors will seduce you.
Located on the heights of the charming village of Grust, on the Ardiden road (Tour de France 2021 arrival), fully furnished and equipped, with four bedrooms, it includes:
On the ground floor: an entrance, a living room with sofa and wood stove, TV, WIFI box, a dining room with access to a balcony, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, extractor, induction hob, various food processors ), a separate WC, access to the North terrace equipped with garden furniture and plancha. Board games and books available.
On the first floor: a bedroom with a double bed (160), a shower room, a separate WC, a bedroom with a double bed (160) and a small office.
On the lower level, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, baby equipment, a bedroom with a 160 double bed with access to the south terrace, a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a double bed (160) and twice two bunk beds, access to the South terrace equipped with deckchairs.
At the entrance, you can park a vehicle, and going around the house, you will find a bike room with water point and maintenance equipment.

Maison très bien équipée, mais non adaptée à un groupe supérieur à 8 personnes : petit chauffe-eau, salon-canapé et table de séjour tout juste adaptés pour 8 personnes.
Maison bien placée avec belle vue.
En revanche, nous avons trouvé une maison sale : beaucoup de poussière et mouchoir sale sous les lits, poubelles et aspirateur non vidés alors que nous passions juste après les propriétaires de la maison qui s'étaient engagés auprès de l'agence, à faire le ménage et la désinfection...
