About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment for rent, accommodating 6 people, with an exceptional panoramic view.
It also includes a reserved covered parking space within the residence (free access to the resort).
South- and west-facing, with a balcony featuring a wooden deck; not overlooked; very quiet.
220 meters from the Transarc lift and right on the slopes to access the Jardin Alpin chairlift.
The apartment includes:

- A living area: dining room with double floor-to-ceiling windows, sofa, flat-screen TV with HDMI ports, Bluetooth speaker, induction charger, USB port, large closet/wardrobe...
- A fully equipped open-concept kitchen: combination oven/microwave, refrigerator and freezer, 3-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, food processor, various dishes, raclette machine, fondue set, dishes....
- A master bedroom (double bed) with a view and access to the balcony
- A bathroom (vanity unit, shower, towel warmer, washer-dryer) with a window
- A bedroom: featuring 2 bunk beds (90-cm beds) with a view and a large picture window
- An attic bedroom with 2 single beds and a window overlooking the valley
- A separate bathroom with a shower and towel warmer
- A private ski locker located in the residence’s communal storage area
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This apartment is non-smoking; pets are not allowed.
Bed linens and towels are provided (duvets are available in the apartment).
The apartment must be left clean. End-of-stay cleaning is optional (approximately 85 euros; must be booked directly with the concierge service no later than 15 days before your arrival).
With the apartment, you have access to additional services offered by the concierge office, available upon request and as optional extras, such as cleaning during your stay or equipment (high chair, etc.).
Check-in from 4:00 PM – check-out by 10:00 AM.

Great apartment, everything is as described. Very good location: close to the lifts and the slopes. Kitchen is well equipped, we were 5 adults and had enough room for all of us. The ceiling in the upstairs room is pretty low, and most adults will have to duck there. the cleaning demands from the concierge at the checkout were more than we would expect for a paid stay, especially at this price

Great location, 5min walk to main centre. Property was great for our family of 5 with three individual rooms, two great showers. All appliances, pans and cooking, coffee machine available so couldn’t want for anything Parking in garage and ski locker were excellent additions! Communication with Thomas was excellent throughout really informative and helpful! Cannot fault Only minor point cleaning was not included so we cleaned. I wasn’t aware at time of booking and I may have missed it, but for the cost of rental it would have been better if included. However appears most properties in area are the same, but my expectation in holiday rentals is this is normally included. The concierge service did offer a clean however was a high price on top of cost Overall extremely happy and would definitely return!!

Great apartment with great views down and across the valley.
Really comfortable and well equipped. Thomas was great with quick responses to questions.
Les Villards area of Arc 1800 is fairly quiet in terms of bars/restaurants but it's only a 10 minute walk along to Le Charvet which has more options.
