Quality fully equipped apartment located in the THURIA residence 100 meters from the slopes (TRANSARC departure) ski lessons, shops and close to LA FOLIE DOUCE.
The 55 m2 apartment classified 4 crystals Paradiski has a large balcony in a quiet residence.
Modern residence with wifi and 2 ski lockers at the entrance of the residence.
The apartment is on the 4th floor. There are 2 elevators in the residence.
The Thuria is a residence with about 50 apartments.

Great location and nice apartment. Checkin was painful with bad directions and communication with the concierge (this is actually a shop in the main street of Arcs). Had to pickup the keys from a deposit box outside the shop after a long journey which was a bit stressful tbh, Wifi just does not work at all so the 3 smart tvs are useless unless you like French tv. EE data coverage is woeful in the block too so we were stuck for entertainment in the evenings. You get a better signal on the lifts!

We really enjoyed our stay at Damien’s place. The apartment was a good size for our two families (4 adults, 3 children and a baby) and had everything we needed for the week. It was also very clean and well furnished.
Damien was very helpful and quick to respond to questions, making sure we had all the information we needed to arrive and check in without any problems.
The apartment was just a few minutes walk from the resort centre and close to the main ski lifts.
We’d definitely recommend Damiens place for an easy and comfortable stay in Les Arc.

This apartment in Le Thuria is very well equipped and finished to a good standard. More importantly it is just a short walk to Villards and the ski lifts. The ski lockers at the entrance to Le Thuria are very useful, as is the covered parking space on the same level as the apartment. Damien is a very welcoming host who provided helpful information prior to arrival and answered all my questions. Les Arcs is a great resort and we were blessed with lots of snow :-) Merci Bien!

We loved our stay at Damien’s flat. It’s a beautiful little property that’s perfect size for a family holiday. Great location to the shops and town and the slopes. Damien was very helpful and made our stay very easy and enjoyable.
