Leave your worries behind in this spacious and serene lodging—peace and quiet await. Located between the edge of the Brotonne Forest and the Seine, it’s the perfect spot for nature lovers
Nestled in the heart of the Seine’s meanders, this little corner of paradise welcomes you to relax and explore the region’s many tourist attractions.
This six-person rental will charm you with its high quality and its tasteful, warm, and carefully curated decor—all in a very peaceful setting.
A modern 125m² home on a 1,500m² lot—bright, comfortable, and inviting—featuring a large, functional, and well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with two sofas, three bedrooms, a cozy nook, a beautiful bathroom, and a laundry room.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine.
In the living room, you’ll find a TV and a Bluetooth soundbar.
One bedroom has two single beds, another has a 140 double bed, and the last has a 160 double bed; a travel crib and a high chair are also available.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a double sink.
A cozy little corner with two armchairs and board games.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room.
A terrace with a view of the Brotonne Forest.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a very pleasant stay.
You can easily park your vehicles in front of the house.
In the heart of the village, 750 meters or a 10-minute walk away, you’ll find a restaurant that also sells bread and pastries—“order the day before.”
You’ll be charmed by the many tourist attractions in the Seine Valley and can easily explore the coast, less than an hour away by car
A must-visit location for nearby tourist activities in the Boucles de la Seine Regional Nature Park
The banks of the Seine are within walking distance.

Please provide a security deposit check for 800€ as a security deposit, which will be returned after the property inspection upon departure.
If needed, bed linens and towels are available for an additional fee

The entire house is accessible except for the garage.
The property is fenced with slats (as shown in the photos); there is no gate in front of the house, as there is very little traffic on the road.
There are two horses in the pasture right next to the house, so please be VERY CAREFUL with children.
Access via the A13 highway, 6 kilometers from the property; take Exit 26 (Bourneville, Brionne).

This was a beautiful property, with a high standard of finish throughout and lots of small thoughtful touches that make a huge difference. The kitchen in particular was incredibly well kitted out; the only thing I couldn’t find was a grater, but there was probably one there somewhere! Communication with the owner was easy and prompt and the caretaker, Sandra was lovely - we both spoke great ‘franglais’ 😊. The location was really interesting, and convenient for lots of places of interest. I just wish we had been there longer😊

A superbly appointed cottage in a delightfully peaceful hamlet, with beautiful surrounding countryside to explore. Our holiday experience in this lovely place could not be faulted.
