The house has 3 levels:
- A garden level (level 0), comprising a 2nd living room opening onto the terrace and the garden, and a 2nd open fitted kitchen with a large dining table.
- A raised first floor (level 1) comprising a living room composed of a living room, a dining room and an open fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bathroom and a separate toilet,
- An upper floor (level 2) with 3 bedrooms each with two single beds that can be joined together (2x80), and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Very high-speed Wi-Fi (Orange fibre optics), ideal for teleworking.
Activities:
For sports enthusiasts, the house is located 5 minutes walk (350m) from the Sporting Tennis Club of Houlgate (12 outdoor courts), and 3 minutes by car (3.1km) from the Houlgate Golf Club (18 holes). And for young children, the Mickey Club on the beach of Houlgate is located 12 minutes walk from the house.
You can easily go to the market of Cabourg (11min by car) or Dives-sur-mer (9 min by car), or visit the Village d'Art Guillaume-le-Conquérant (7min by car). Deauville is 24 minutes away by car.

Maison spacieuse et confortable avec de beaux espaces à vivre. Décoration soignée, équipement complet en mobilier intérieur et de jardin et ,ustensiles de cuisine . Grand jardin très apprécié des enfants et des adultes séances de repos et barbecue. Proche du centre ville et de la mer. et pour autant quartier calme. . Une seule suggestion: disposer d(une grande casserole ou d'une cocote . Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande. Charley Baltzer.

We stayed at Houlgate with a group of 8 as a fallout base to make multiple cycling tours.
On arrival we were welcomed by very sympathetic hosts and showed around the house. It was very(!) clean and tidy.
Not only the house surprised us, but also the garden is big and nice to spend the afternoon. If not spending the afternoon in the garden, we went to the beach that is only 800 meters from the house.
Only negative point is that there is only one shower (and a bath) that was just enough/ too little for a group of 8.
The house having a garage and second living space is a very welcome extra.
We can only recommend this if you wish to stay in the area! 10/10

Séjour familial excellent dans une maison très bien équipée et très agréable. Très bien située, à 5mn du centre ville et 8 de la plage. Beau jardin. Quartier très calme. Propriétaire très accueillante.
