About this house rental
Before booking, I would like to inform you that key collection is only available through an agency between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please make sure to check your arrival times. As the house is secure, you cannot arrive on your own.
The Calyferias Company, represented by Sandrine, will be available to welcome you and will do their best to assist you in preparing for your stay and throughout your vacation.

120 sqm semi-detached house with meticulous decor in a small, private, gated community, just a 10-minute walk from Falésia Beach.
It spans 2 levels with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Shared swimming pool.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room.
High-speed internet.
Private underground garage.

Olhos de Agua is located 10 minutes from Albufeira and 40 minutes from Faro Airport.

Property is in a quiet location. A small square of restaurants/cafes a 5-10mins walk. Gorgeous, award winning beach 5-10min walk too. 20min drive to Vilamoura for a livelier scene. Accommodation spotless and just as advertised. Beds comfortable and air conditioning is excellent. Pool room was an added bonus that the kids enjoyed. The pool and surrounding gardens are beautifully kept. Lots of extras left for guest use such as beach toys and parasols. This was a lovely touch. Check in and out was seamless with Sandrine and she was easily contactable throughout our stay. We will definately be back.

We loved the accommodation, it is large, airy and very nicely decorated - especially the bedrooms. The downstairs terrace is great, right by the pool with comfortable lounge seating as well as the table and chairs. The canopy and sun brolly were invaluable as it meant we could always sit in the shade. The pool table is in the basement room and is a real bonus.
The location is also excellent. We love Falesia beach which is a 12 minute walk. The supermarket and several restaurants in a pretty square are about 6/7 minutes walk.
Sandrine, the manager, was excellent. She answered all of our queries very quickly, before we arrived and once we were there.
Overall, a brilliant standard of accommodation.
