A 116-square-meter single-story house on a small, very quiet street overlooking the magnificent Praia de Falésia (200 m away, a 5-minute walk), renowned for its extraordinary reddish-ochre cliffs topped with umbrella pines and its beautiful 7-km-long beach. Ranked by TripAdvisor as the 2nd most beautiful beach in Europe and the 6th most beautiful in the world.
Tastefully decorated in a simple, contemporary style, this house—part of a row of six homes—can accommodate 5 people and features a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace and two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a comfortable rollaway bed). A crib and high chair are available. Two bathrooms with toilets, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Air conditioning in the three main rooms.
Fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, and washing machine. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors spanning the full width of the living room open onto a terrace (for outdoor dining) leading to a small terrace at the top of the house and a pleasant, unfenced garden. Wi-Fi, TV with international channels. Parking under a carport in front of the house or on the street. Shops (mini-market, newsstand/tobacco shop, laundry/dry cleaning, bike rental, boat tour reservations), cafés and restaurants at the end of the street.
While close to Albufeira and its lively atmosphere, you’ll appreciate the surrounding tranquility, the lush Mediterranean vegetation, and walks in the great outdoors.
Located 30 km from Faro Airport, 10 km from Albufeira and the Vilamoura marina, and near some of the Algarve’s most beautiful golf courses (Pine Cliffs is about 2 km away).
