About this house rental
30 km from the sea, in the heart of the Blavet valley, discover the authentic charm of this typical Breton farmhouse.
Located in the countryside, the cottage has 10 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a covered and heated swimming pool all year round*.
Perfect for hosting family reunions, stays with friends or professional events, this spacious house adapts to all ages and all desires. A haven of peace for unforgettable moments.
In summary:
•• Two communicating living spaces of 150m2 in total with:
- Living room 1: 1 fireplace, 3 large sofas and 3 large dining tables.
- Living room 2: 1 fireplace, 1 sofa and 2 armchairs, Hi-Fi system, table football, billiards, overhead projector for professional meetings or sports or cinema.
• Outdoor spaces:
- Park 1h200
- 100m² terraces with two barbecues, 2 umbrellas, 2 tables, 21 chairs
- Ping-pong table (rackets provided)
- Trampoline
• A large kitchen, with two cooking stoves with large oven, American refrigerator, log, appliances.
• 21 beds:
- Two bedrooms with a double bed 160/200 (n°5 and 6)
- A PRM room with a double bed 140/200 (n°8)
- A bedroom with a double bed 150/200 and a single bed 90/200 (n°3)
- Six bedrooms with two 90/200 single beds, which can be pushed together to make a double bed (n° 1; 2; 4; 7; 9 and 10)
• *SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is open all year round. As the water is heated by a heat pump that operates according to the Breton outdoor temperature, it will only reach its maximum (28°C / 82°F) during the summer periods (April to October). The pool heating is activated when the outside temperature exceeds 12° for at least 72 hours in a row.
• For your comfort, bed linen is available as an option at the price of 150€. It will be given to you on arrival, to be installed yourself according to your preferences. (complete linen sets and towels). To be paid at the beginning of the stay if option desired.
• Washing machine, free dryer
Security camera above the front door of the Gîte. (only films the entry into the Gîte via the small bridge).
Other remarks
You can also use caterers, located not far from our home. Shops are less than 10 minutes away by car with two large supermarkets.

This was a wonderful property set in the heart of the peaceful countryside. The large garden was safe and enabled us to play many sports. The covered pool was a bonus for our family because it was heated and safe to access. Our check-in went smoothly due to a friendly face providing all the necessary information which we needed. Michelle who greeted us on arrival was a great asset to the property. She explained things clearly to us. The spacious house enabled our 4 families to have separate sleeping quarters and worked extremely well for us. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating arrangements. We highly recommend this property and hope to return there.

We loved this property - plenty of room inside and out and the pool was close to the house so we could hang out on the outside table and keep an eye for the kids! Lovely location and convenient for Boulanger and the food shop

Nous avons réservé pour passer un week-end en famille avec les grands-parents, parents et petits-enfants !! Nous avons tous passé un excellent week-end : la maison est très spacieuses, chaque famille avait son espace. La piscine a fait le bonheur de tous !!! Nous avons pu profiter du jardin, du terrain de pétanque pour les grands, et du trampoline pour les plus jeunes!!! Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de Nora, qui est toujours présente en cas de questions, et de bons conseils pour les préparatifs !!!

The property is a great size and all rooms have en-suite bathrooms. There’s plenty of space both inside and out. However the house is very tired and in need of a spruce up. Some of the shower doors had come off their runners, the towels provided which we paid extra for along with bed linen had definitely seen better days. The Dyson didn’t work at all, one of the doors to the garden had smashed glass sellotaped together in it. The worst thing was the pool water and floor turning green after 4 days. It was treated the day after I complained to the owner but then was out of action for a further day because of the chemicals used so that meant that for nearly 3 days out of the 7 of our holiday, the pool was unusable. The water started to turn green again the day after it had been treated. The owner didn’t apologise. Considering we paid over £5000 for the week I would have expected the property and its swimming pool to have been better maintained .
