The accommodation (new, opened in June 2021, classified 3 stars and 3 ears gîtes de France) includes on the first floor a large living room with a living room (2 sofas, 3 armchairs, coffee table, TV), integrated kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven), dining area. A corridor leading to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom in each bedroom (shower, sink, towel dryer). A bedroom is provided with shower room for accessibility for people with reduced mobility. A toilet with washbasin (accessible to people with reduced mobility), a pantry (washing machine), a games room with table tennis.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. Separate toilet.
Outside large partly covered terrace with garden furniture, sunbed, swing, gas and charcoal barbecue. Above ground swimming pool 8m/4m accessible on the first floor, petanque court, parking in front of the house, wifi fibre internet. Unenclosed green area all around the accommodation.
