A short distance from ecotours, kayaking, and more, this family-friendly castle lets you experience it all. Allier is just a short walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make the 5-minute drive to Langeac Cultural Center.

After you return to this 4413-sq-ft castle, you can unwind by the heated pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at table tennis and billiards, or enjoy the free WiFi, stereo, and DVD player.

This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom rental features a living room, a dining area, a sofa bed, and a BBQ grill. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. À notre arrivée nous avons été impressionnés par le panorama exceptionnel et le parc superbe. Le château à l’extérieur nous ramène au moyen âge et il se révèle en fait très confortable avec des chambres immenses. La cerise sur le gâteau étant la qualité de l’accueil. Nous reviendrons dès que possible pour poursuivre la découverte des alentours.

Ce château allie le charme et des prestations haut de gamme, grâce à un personnel bienveillant qui vous accueille avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Mention particulière pour la cuisinière qui saura rendre votre séjour exceptionnel grâce à ses petits plats traditionnels du terroir. Je tiens également à remercier le jardinier Christian toujours disponible et à l’écoute, pas avare d’explications et d’anecdotes sur l’histoire locale comme sur la botanique du parc. La décoration est soignée, moderne tout en restant dans l'esprit château. Le billard est tout simplement exceptionnel. Une vue magnifique sur la falaise du Blot et un confort digne des plus grands établissements, agréablement complétés par la piscine extérieur, permettent également de se détendre. Le luxe feutré au coeur d’une nature authentique vous invite au retour aux sources, à une déconnexion garantie (même s’il y a l’indispensable wifi !…). Je vous le recommande pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, découverte du patrimoine, escapade sportive ou détente (randonnée, pêche, natation, canoë, …).

Séjour magnifique au sein d’un château empreint d’histoire. Des chambres spacieuses avec de superbes salles de bains. Une vue à couper le souffle pour un dépaysement assuré qui fait de ce lieu un endroit magique où séjourner.

Notre séjour fut court mais très plaisant. Le château tient toutes ses promesses: des vieilles pierres et pourtant un confort très moderne. Après une journée riche en promenade avec de très beaux paysages, nous nous sommes régalés sur un billard d'exception. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un plus long séjour (en amenant les VTTs) et pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine. Quelle belle Auvergne!
