"Poulo Condore" Mas de Panier
Located two kilometres north of the bastide of Beauregard* near Saint Cirq Lapopie, in the heart of the Causses du Quercy regional park, the rural cottage "Poulo Condore" of the Mas de Panier rises in the middle of a particularly preserved countryside, in the immediate vicinity of many hiking trails allowing the discovery of the Causse de Limogne.
Poulo Condore, built in the middle of oak and maple forests, offers walkers wishing to explore the surrounding Lot countryside not only its sinkholes, chasms and historic villages, but also exceptional flora and fauna as well as its dolmens, its numerous caselles and original traditional architecture inherited from the past.
Located at the intersection of the paths leading to Santiago de Compostela, it is finally a superb stopover for hikers who wish to make a week-long stop during their pilgrimage in a relaxed atmosphere.
This 3-star cottage, located in an old building restored in the style of the country, is able to comfortably accommodate three people and a young child, or even an infant, a bed and a suitable chair being available on request.
Poulo Condore has a fully equipped modern kitchen - microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob, etc.,
* a bathroom/toilet with shower and washing machine,
* a dining/living room with insert, television, DVD player, a farmhouse table and benches, a bench, a 90x190 bed, etc.
* a bedroom with a bed of 160x200 (two mattresses of 80x200)
• A cot and a baby chair are available on request.
In addition to parking for tenants' vehicles, it also has a private terrace with a barbecue, two tables and chairs.
* Sheets as well as towels and household linen can be made available to tenants for a contribution of 30 euros.
In winter, a wood-burning insert (60 euros/stere) can be used by tenants
* Wi-Fi internet connection is available.

Beauregard
The Mas de Panier, which is located 35 km east of Cahors and 110 km north of Toulouse, can be easily reached by the A20-E09 motorway, the RN 20 and the departmental road 911.
The village - 240 inhabitants - is famous for its 14th century market hall built on the central square of the bastide and for its castle located in the immediate vicinity of the village. It is also well known for its petanque competitions and for its Tuesday evening market.
Limogne in Quercy
7 km from Beauregard, Limogne en Quercy offers all the amenities as far as the administrations are concerned - Post Office, gendarmerie, etc. - and shops: - bakery, butchers/delicatessens, grocery stores, tobacconist and press, Crédit Agricole branch, drugstore, bazaar, shop specialising in the sale of local products, mini-markets, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor's office, nurses' office, garages, gas stations, agricultural equipment cooperative, swimming pool, etc. -
Every Sunday morning, a market is held in the main square of the village.
Interview with Poulo Condore
As a reminder, under the rental contract, it is up to the tenants, before their departure, to clean the furniture and put the premises in order.
To complete this cleaning, they have the possibility of calling on a domestic help available on Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The additional service provided by this domestic help allows new tenants to take possession of this cottage in the same condition as their predecessors found it when they arrived.
It includes more specifically:
- Thorough cleaning of the kitchen - sink, storage cabinets, crockery, household utensils, tiles, etc.
- Complete cleaning of the bathroom - sink, shower cubicle, disinfection of sanitary facilities, etc.
- Replacement of mattress protectors, pillow protectors and duvet covers,
- dusting furniture, ceilings,
