A 55-square-meter one-bedroom apartment, completely renovated, air-conditioned, dual-aspect, and extremely bright, located on the 3rd floor, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the harbor—southeast-facing
fully equipped, 17 m² bedroom with a high-quality 160
bed; living room with very comfortable sofas from which you can admire the harbor, the Môle, and the sea
and an open kitchen where you’ll have everything you need!
Bathroom with shower and separate toilet
A furnished terrace shaded by an awning, where you can enjoy the sunrise while having breakfast—or any meal! You can also relax in the lounge chairs while gazing out at the sea!
Located in this quintessential part of town, at the foot of the upper district, 5 minutes to your left from downtown and its market halls, and 5 minutes to your right from the Saint-Pierre site and the Théâtre de la Mer.
At the end of the pier, you’ll find a tiny beach with fine sand, otherwise there are several coves before you reach the immense 20-km beach that stretches all the way to AGDE
You can get there either by bike—which we provide free of charge—or by bus, which stops right below the apartment
For parking, there is no private parking, but free parking is available at the Théâtre de la Mer, below the Promenade on the Quai de la Consigne, and a few spots behind the buildings in Souras-Bas

The hosts were amazing. Full of knowledge of the area, very pleasant to deal with. The apartment was perfect- equipped with everything we needed, also a lot of local information on places to see and things to do. It was close to the markets and shopping and we pretty much walked everywhere.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had great communication with the owners who were very helpful and offered to collect us from the station.The views from the apartment were great and there was always something to watch.Well located for the town and only 20 minutes walk from the train station. It was good to have the bicycles for getting to the beach.

Our stay in this lovely apartment was excellent! My husband and I routinely travel to France (two to three times a year) and often book apartments for 4-7 day stays through VRBO. We have had a lot of experience with such rentals. We rarely provide a 5-star rating. This apartment, newly renovated and maintained by the owner-hosts Evelyne and Guy, warrants 5 stars. It checks many boxes: cleanliness, quiet, extremely well appointed, furnishings that are comfortable and pleasing to the eye, fabulous view of the sea and the sailing port, location, and very easy connecting and communicating with the owners. We plan to return to Sete and will be fortunate if we are able to stay in this apartment again. Merci beaucoup Guy et Evelyne!

We loved everything about Guy and Evelyn's apartment! Beautifully decorated, beautiful updated appliances with everything you need in the kitchen .... although with all the fabulous restaurants we mostly ate out, but always made time for wine and a delicious snack on the lovely terrace - that view!!! Nice spacious bedroom, wonderful shower - smart tv, you name it and it was there. My husband and I had just spent 2 weeks in Provence which we also loved, but Sete was so much fun - and don't miss the walk on the promenade along the sea that takes you to the beaches, and a fun restaurant right on the beach - drinks and snacks on the sand just looking at the beautiful sea .......we loved every day we had in Sete in that great apartment. And Guy and Evelyn, so nice and helpful - thank you so much for all the help with our bags and for your wonderful hospitality - the wine and juice you left us - for everything. A pleasure meeting you and hope to meet again! Ed and I send our best!
