Un emplacement magnifique : un balcon sur la mer et à proximité de tout
Accès à clarifier : renommer Le Marty par Cap Saint Louis 2 : plus facile à trouver et à demander aux habitants du quartier sinon confusion avec Promenade Marty

Las vistas. El mobiliario de la terraza diferente al de las fotografías.
Comedor y cocina muy correctos y bien equipado.
El tamaño de las habitaciones, extremadamente pequeñas, una mini mesilla de noche con lamparita y poco más que poner en ella. Sin ningún otro enchufe por si quieres poner el ventilador. sin ninguna silla, ni estante para dejar nada. Sin luz en el techo. Armario en el recibidor, escaso, ya que lo tienen lleno de recambios de ropa de cama, cojines, y cajas varias.
Baño sin ventilación, zona ducha sin ventilación, viejo. Propondría hacer una reforma.
