Modern, comfortable and ideally located, this apartment is ideal for a Parisian stay in peace. It offers a breathtaking view of the rooftops of Paris, what an experience like real Parisians!
It is located on the 6th floor (elevator to the 5th floor).
Fully equipped kitchen, sofa in the living room and a single bed in the room, everything is thought for you to spend a pleasant stay.
The Space:
All the necessary comfort to spend a pleasant stay:
- a very comfortable single bed
- a sofa bed
- washing machine
- dishwasher
- hair dryer
- TV
- microwave
- fridge Freezer
- all cooking utensils
- towels
- sheets
- unlimited wireless internet (WiFi)
- Unlimited and free phone (fixed and mobile to France, Canada, the United States, and to landlines from 50 other countries).
This apartment is rentable for at least one moth (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.
For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:
- In vocational training
- Professional change
- Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)
- In graduate studies
- In apprenticeship contract
- Internship
- Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service
Guest Access:
Once the keys are given, guests have free and total access to the apartment.
All equipments, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!
The Neighborhood:
Very lively area thanks to its numerous pedestrian streets as well as its numerous bars and restaurants. The nearby Halles and Center Pompidou offer culture and shopping just a few steps from the apartment .
Getting Around:
Châtelet: Metro line 1, 4 , 7 and 14
Châtelet Les Halles :Line RER A (to reach Disneyland Paris), RER B, and RER D
Velib & Bus

Check-in is as from 15:00 hours. You can contact me if you have different check-in time and it will subject depending the availability.

There's a comprehensive review which made me book this place, thanks to the writer :D
The apartment is amazing for two/three people, lots of good points, natural lighting and weather circulation, good view, fantastic location with everything nearby, EVERYTHING!, enough facilities, good check-in and -out.
Only the cleaning of the blankets and beds might need a consideration. But most of them were good!
Thank you Sr. Nicolas, I really enjoyed the loft which is the type of my favourite type, and I would recommend it for stay! Hope I get the chanceto stay here again.
