About this apartment rental
Completely renovated, in a secure residence full of charm, this apartment located on the first floor opens onto a terrace (equipped with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs) and a private garden (of 36 m²) without vis-à-vis and facing south.
Close to shops and a 7-minute walk from the seafront, this furnished apartment will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in peace.
A personal parking space, located within the residence, opposite the entrance, is also reserved for you. The access badge and the remote control for the gate will be given to you at the same time as the keys. You have a personal videophone for any visitors.
This apartment has:
- A beautiful bright living room of 25 m² including a fully equipped modern kitchen (Dishwasher, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave Oven, Hob with extractor hood, Oven, Toaster, Senséo Coffee Maker, Electric Coffee Maker and Kettle, Crockery) and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a TV cabinet and a large screen TV, as well as a coffee table.
- A pleasant bedroom of 10 m² opening onto the garden, a bed (with storage drawer included) 2 places 1.40m*1.90m with good bedding, 2 bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe to store your personal belongings.
- A 5 m² bathroom with a washing machine, a beautiful shower area, a washbasin with illuminated mirror and storage, a comfort towel radiator.
- Independent toilets with washbasin
Iron, ironing board, electric hairdryer, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, shopping cart are at your disposal.
Upon your request (please note when booking), a baby high chair and a travel cot are available.
Booking for a week from Saturday to Saturday only.
The apartment does not have a Wi-Fi box.
Our pet friends are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No barbecue or festive evening for the well-being of all residents.
Beds are made on arrival.
Towels are provided as well as dish towels and hand towels.
In order to guarantee you a safe welcome, all the mats have been removed in order to facilitate the disinfection of the accommodation between two tenants. Hydroalcoholic gel will also be made available at the entrance of the accommodation.

We had a great vacation. The apartment was in a great location and had a great layout. The landlords were super nice. There was cake and jam as a welcome gift. We'd love to come back.

L'acceuil par Stéphanie et Bénoni a été chaleureux. Ils étaient à notre disposition pendant notre séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé! Le centre de Wimereux est tous près de l'appartement. Après une journée de vélo le long de la magnifique côte d'opale, il est merveilleux de se reposer sur les chaises longues du jardin. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Nous espérons revenir. Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in Wimereux verbringen können. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sehr zentrum-und strandnah. Ein großes Plus ist der abgeschlossene Parkplatz, da die Parksituation im Ort sehr schwierig ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie bietet reichlich Schrank-und Ablageflächen. Bei sehr schönem Wetter konnten wir jeden Tag mit einem Frühstück auf der Terrasse beginnen und selbst am Abend gab es noch ein Sonnenplätzchen auf dem Rasen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Notre séjour était très agréable dans une très belle résidence l'appartement refait à neuf un parking fermé et privatif, proche commerces, restaurants et beaucoup de belle choses à visiter dans les environs la plage est à 5 min, idéale pour les personnes qui recherche le calme.
l’accueil des propriétaires étaient parfait des personnes très aimable.
Le lieu très confortable, et très propre une jolie terrasse avec un petit jardin permet de prendre le soleil dans la journée. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir 😀
