About this villa rental
Lovers of nature and sports activities, we will be delighted to welcome you to our single-storey house which will be perfect for your relaxing stay. Sleeps 6, up to 8.
A panoramic view of the Millau viaduct and Close to all amenities. (Bar, Restaurant, shops, pharmacy, hospital)
At your disposal:
A heated swimming pool from May to September if the outside temperature is above 20°. Secure closure by an electric roller shutter.
A large wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchair, floor cushions.
A dining area under a 25 m2 pergola with charcoal barbecue.
Large living room of 63 m2 with open and fully equipped kitchen.
Living room with large connected screen.
3 bedrooms each with a 160/200 bed + tv + closet.
Garage converted into an extra bedroom with a BZ 140/200, 160cm tv, cupboard and a water point.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower + toilet + vanity unit.
1 separate toilet.
For baby, we have a travel cot with a good mattress. Mattress protector + fitted sheet provided. A freestanding bathtub, a changing table and a high chair.
Shed to store your sports equipment, bikes...
Free internet access.
Parking spaces in front of the house.
Bed linen (bed made on arrival) + towels (for 6 people) + kitchen towels provided.

Our animal friends are not allowed
Villa located in a quiet development. Noise pollution after 10 p.m. will not be tolerated.

This villa is ideally located for you to have a pleasant stay.
Mandatory cleaning: 180 euros.
A deposit check for 2500 euros, uncashed, and returned at the end of the stay after the inventory of fixtures.
July and August: 7 nights minimum. (Arrival: 4pm Departure: 10am
Off-season: 2 nights minimum
Arrival: In the morning possible
Departure: Late afternoon possible

Lovely house and location, with fantastic views - we enjoyed our week, split between exploring the local area (Millau (town and the viaduct), Roquefort, Gorges du Tarn…) and relaxing by the pool. The photos are very representative and the house well equipped - we would recommend and would not hesitate to return if we were to revisit the area.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée. Seul point négatif, la proximité des voisins qui a empêché de profiter de la terrasse en soirée.
