Magnificent 2-room apartment (T2bis), 2 stars, 43 m², sleeps 4, in the center of the resort

Forget your car! The accommodations are perfectly located, in the heart of Cauterets. The gondola is 250 m away, and the main shops (covered market, supermarket, bakery, etc.) are in the immediate vicinity in the street.

The apartment is spacious (43 m2), warm and comfortable. It has just received a 2-star rating from the Cauterets tourist office.
It is perfectly equipped (wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, bluetooth soundbar...).
Its exposure makes it very calm.

The apartment has a large living room/living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a real alcove with two 90x190 beds in a very comfortable bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, and a toilet.
The beds (2p, 1p+1p) are of excellent quality.

We do NOT provide bed linen and towels, just duvets, pillows and mattress protectors and pillow protectors.

A cellar in the annex is also at your disposal to store skis/boots and other equipment.

CLEANING: cleaning is expected of tenants at the end of their stay, which seems normal to us.
Unfortunately, unscrupulous and disrespectful tenants now lead us to have to ask for a cleaning deposit. Also, the agency that provides our concierge service will ask you for a credit card imprint which will only be taken in the event of the return of a property in significantly poor condition (photos to support it).
If you wish, you can also request a cleaning service provided by the agency. This service will be invoiced (approximately 70€) outside of your reservation on this site. Please let us know during our exchanges, before your arrival.
