About this apartment rental
Beautiful bright studio with closed cabin and small mezzanine with an area of 35 m2 for 4 people maximum (42 m2 in usable area), well arranged, comfortable and regularly maintained. Balcony, elevator.
Ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children).
The apartment has a side view of the mountain.
Free parking is available near the apartment.
The apartment enjoys an excellent location. It is located in a residence of character (Napoleon III era) in the CITY CENTER, on the 1st floor with ELEVATOR and BALCONY, close to shops, 200 meters from the thermal baths of César and the Bains du Rocher, 200 meters from the gondolas, at the foot of many hiking trails.
Description:
- Separate entrance with storage for skis and large wardrobe.
- Cabin closed by a door with 2 bunk beds (90x190cm) and a dresser.
- Kitchen open to the fully equipped living room (stove with 4 ceramic hobs and electric oven, hood, fridge with small freezer part, microwave, electric coffee maker, "Tassimo" espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer-mixer, vacuum cleaner, household scale, 2 pressure cookers, raclette machine, salad spinner and everything you need to cook pleasantly.... and of course all the tableware.
- living room with sofa bed offering a bed for 2 people (width 140cm) and a large storage cupboard with wardrobe, a dresser with 5 drawers, a table and 4 chairs, a pöang armchair and 2 small folding "director" armchairs suitable for children, coffee table and 81 cm flat screen TV, HI-FI system.
- mezzanine (height 1.20m) with sleeping space for 2 people (140X190cm) located above the kitchen.
- bathroom with bathtub and lift-up and foldable shower screen, 2-drawer cabinet with washbasin and mirrored wardrobe with light strip, 5 kg washing machine and toilet integrated into the bathroom. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Two French windows (triple glazing) open onto the south-east facing balcony from the living room
1 small round table and 2 folding chairs + a deck chair are available in the apartment for the balcony.
Blankets, duvets, plaids, pillows and bolsters with protective covers are available in the apartment. Mattress pads (interchangeable) and additional pillows.
Baby equipment: folding bed, potty, dining chair, plates and cutlery.
RENTAL CONDITIONS: weekly rental only (from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays) You can call me at 06 06 41 21 12 to book and obtain additional information.
- Keys to the apartment are handed over by key box (a code will be provided).
- Pets allowed: NO
- NON-SMOKING APARTMENT
- Check-in hours: 4pm-6pm
- Departure times: 10 am (imperative)
- PARTIES/EVENTS NOT ALLOWED
- Water and Electricity included in the price
- CLEANING AT THE EXPENSE OF EACH TENANT (cleaning products on site)
- Tourist tax fees calculated by Vrbo at the time of booking.
Linen is NOT provided (no sheets, towels or dish towels).
If you wish, you can get a "pocket WIFI" box for rent at the tourist office for €7 per day or €39 per week (price to be checked)

Appartement parfaitement équipé. On sent que la propriétaire a fait en sorte que l’on y soit le mieux possible.
Situé près des œufs pour aller à la station de ski et proche des commerces on a pas besoin de prendre la voiture.
Bref: rien à redire !

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Réponse rapide à mes questions. Contacts téléphoniques pour plus de convivialité. j'ai pu ajuster ma location sans problème. Appartement très bien équipé, à 100m du centre ville. Propriétaire sympa qui m'a donné des conseiles de visite.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à la fois proche des commodités et du télécabine. II est très bien équipé, spacieux et confortable pour une famille de 4.
Le descriptif qui en est fait dans l'annonce reflète parfaitement cet appartement bien entretenu.
Nous avons apprécié le contact avec la propriétaire qui s'est montrée disponible et attentive à notre confort.
Merci pour avoir ainsi contribué à nos agréables vacances à Cauterets.

Appartement très agréable, ensoleillé le matin, très bien équipé, idéalement placé proche du Centre Ville et du salon de thé/chocolaterie, conforme à la description. Nous avons, comme d'habitude, passé un excellent séjour à Cauterets. La propriétaire, est toujours disponible pour d'éventuelles questions et très professionnelle. Nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement lors d'un prochain séjour. HL
