About this villa rental
Enjoy a contemporary house of 120m2 - 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, elegant and central, less than 8 minutes from the pier and 2 steps from shops, restaurants and beaches. You will appreciate this 2018 house very well equipped (bedding, appliances, furniture, home automation) and without humidity for this end of season ;-)
on the first floor:
- A large living/dining room of more than 45m² with integrated and very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, NEFF oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, food processors, Nespresso machine)
- Its master bedroom with its bathroom
- 1WC
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
On the 1st floor:
- 2 large bedrooms of 16 and 17m², one of which has a desk and a sofa bed
- 1 games room with 1 extra bed for one person if needed
- 1 bathroom
- 1 WC
- The 3 beds are equipped with very high quality mattresses and are 160cm wide
- The Garden facing South West with its deckchairs, armchairs, coffee table, 2.5mx2.5m swimming pool (only from June to the end of August), Brazier, BBQ,
- Its terrace with its dining table and awning
Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 3 days or less at a rate of 10€/pers. Contact me at least 15 days before your arrival for longer stays if you wish to rent linen.

Villa très bien entretenue à proximité du bourg mais assez éloignée pour avoir un calme apaisant. Très bien équipée et agencée. Contact avec le propriétaire et le gérant au top et de très bons conseils l’un comme l’autre

Location très bien située dans le bourg .Première impression très bonne mais quelques bémols : extérieur pas entretenu, pelouse synthétique, ménage très approximatif (poussière +++ ). Le prétexte de travaux récents n’explique pas tout .Il est possible de dormir à 7 dont un enfant car les futons ne sont guère utilisables !!!!
Quelques améliorations et ce pourrait être très agréable .
Le concierge Paul est très réactif et particulièrement aimable ..
