Charming, fully renovated 52 m² apartment on the first floor of an old granite house. It is located in the historic San Bastianu neighborhood.
Ideal for 2, or even 3 or 4 people.
You’ll have access to a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed.
A linen curtain separates the two spaces.
You’ll be able to cook comfortably in a lovely kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. You can enjoy your meals at the table indoors or in the garden, which is planted with citrus trees.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with two drawers, and a wall-mounted toilet.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a television, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a Magimix food processor with its accessories.
The garden features a Weber gas grill, two lounge chairs, a dining table surrounded by four chairs, and a large offset umbrella.
You can park near the house or in the parking lot at the bottom of the street, about 100 meters away.
Towels and sheets are included in the rate.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
This house enjoys a prime location that will allow you to fully enjoy the region and reach wonderful, expansive beaches such as Capu Laurosu, Portigliolo, Campomoro, Roccapina, Tradicetu, and Tizzano in less than 20 minutes... Ideal for easily exploring both the coast and the mountains.
In just a 3-minute walk
you’ll find all the grocery stores and restaurants on Place Porta, with its outdoor seating, market, and summer festivities—and you can even explore the old town of Sartène.

For off-season vacationers: please note that the house is located on the edge of the route taken by the CATENACCIU procession on Good Friday. This is also a wonderful time of year to explore Corsica.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and not included in the rental price: €50
